Lord, Gimme a Sign

This webcast will teach participants how to bring the Bible alive by using non-manual markers, classifiers and conceptual accuracy. The webcast will explore frozen text, parables and scripture to allow participants to create a more visual and accurate interpretation of God’s word. Participants will enhance their sign choices for a variety of words and settings pertaining to Bible vocabulary such as countries, names of Biblical characters and much more.

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will be able to identify at least five mouth morphemes and apply them when interpreting scripture.
• Participants will be able to produce with conceptual accuracy at least ten classifiers while interpreting scripture.
• Participants will be able to produce with conceptual accuracy at least five parables found in scripture.
