Self Care Isn't Selfish

Interpreters spend a great deal of time learning our craft.  We spend hours in workshops, training meetings, and watching webcasts on topics meant to heighten our signing and interpreting skills.  However, there is one crucial topic not covered with regularity- Self-Care.  It is vital to our professional development and performance that we also take care of our mind and bodies.  Self-care isn't Selfish addresses methods we can care for our mind and bodies.
