Terping the Testament Old: Part 1 Genesis

This webcast will the first of a five part series. During our three hours together, we will do an overview together of Genesis. In order to interpret scripture, we have to study scripture. Take a walk with me through creation and the fall of man in the Garden of Eden. Enter the ark with Noah and experience the faithfulness of God. Experience the confusion at the Tower of Babel. Dive into the lives of four generations of great men- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph. After exploring these passages, together we will discuss conceptually accurate ways of interpreting.

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will be able to define at least five terms and concepts within the book of Genesis.
• Participants will be able to produce with conceptual accuracy, in American Sign Language, at least five scriptures from the book of Genesis.
• Participants will be able to demonstrate the use of classifiers when interpreting scripture from the book of Genesis.

Note - This webinar will include information and signs as they relate to the Christian faith.
